~ Warm Vinyasa Fundamentals ~ 

ALL LEVELS - BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

An all levels yoga class, heated to approximatly 90 degrees, that focuses on flowing from pose to pose while linking movement to the breath. It incorporates seated and standing postures as well as inversions and meditations. The teacher will offer modifications for beginners to focus on alignment and stability. In this class you will gain strength, flexibility and peace of mind.This is a building block class available for students new to yoga.

~ Warm Power Flow ~
SUGGESTED-6 MONTHS PRIOR YOGA EXPERIENCE
An all levels yoga practiced in a room heated to approximately 90 degrees. This is a Vinyasa style class that will focus on flowing from pose to pose while linking movement to the breath. Hands on assistance will be available for all students to access their full expression in each pose and maintain flow while feeling the correct alignment. Modifications will be offered if needed. In this class you will gain strength, flexibility and peace of mind.
 

~ Hot 26 ~ 

ALL LEVELS - BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

A series of 26 yoga poses done in a room heated up to approximately 104 degrees and is designed for all levels. The sequence of  standing postures as well as floor poses, combined with the heat, strengthens and detoxifies your body, relieving neuromuscular tension. This class will strengthen your body while detoxifying your organs, glands and nervous system, while moving fresh blood through your entire body, restoring all systems to a healthier working order.

~ Hot Power Hour ~
SUGGESTED - AT LEAST 6 MONTHS PRIOR YOGA EXPERIENCE.
An all levels yoga practiced in a room heated to approximately 100 degrees. This is a Vinyasa style flow class. This class will focus on flowing from pose to pose while linking movement to the breath. Hands on assistance will be available for all students to access their full expression in each pose and maintain flow while feeling the correct alignment. Modifications will be offered if needed. In this class you will gain strength, flexibility and peace of mind.

~ Hot Power Vinyasa ~

SUGGESTED - 6 MONTHS PRIOR YOGA EXPERIENCE

A demanding class that will have you moving, breathing and sweating in a room heated to approximately 100 degrees. True to its name, this class will build core strength as you deepen alignment, focus on breath, and move through challenging sequences. Hot Power Yoga will strengthen, balance, detoxify and exhilarate both body and mind.

~ Yin Yoga ~ 

ALL LEVELS - BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

The focus for this class is more on the connective tissues that form around our joints. While gently stretching this tissue by holding poses for a few minutes at a time we rehabilitate our joints and allow for deeper work to take place. Yin Yoga is a deeply-relaxing yoga class where students practice breathing and letting go in passive postures. Yin Yoga poses are held for longer durations of 2-10 minutes. This allows a progressive opening of the connective tissue as well as the softening of the muscles as you breathe deeply and relax. Yin practice is of great benefit for athletes and those with tight muscles and limited range-of-motion. It is also deeply restorative and stress-relieving for both mind and body. Yin Yoga can be safely practiced by those with most physical injuries or limitations.

~ Restorative Yoga ~ 
ALL LEVELS - BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED
Perfect for those newer to yoga, who have injuries or chronic pain, or prefer a slower pace.  Restorative yoga is also the perfect compliment to an active lifestyle. This class will allow you to find the time and ability to slow down and let your body and mind relax. The use of props provides a completely supportive environment for total relaxation. Each restorative sequence is designed to move the spine in all directions for ease of mobility. The practice facilitates deep release in connective tissue, calms the nervous system, and leaves the practitioner feeling nourished and restored.
